High-energy instruction, short lines and a coach-to-camper ratio of 1:10 or better, so every camper gets real touches all day.
We meet every camper where they are. Youth, middle school and high school divisions, so beginners and experienced players all get better at their own level.
Intramurals, the X Quad, leadership and college-player sessions, music and downtime fun. Coaches stay engaged from first whistle to lights out.

Xcelerate Girls is back at Elmhurst University for a third summer, led by head coach Sloane Baumgartner. Small groups, lots of reps and a coaching staff that knows every camper by name, just outside Chicago.
